Lawrence Andrew Rodis, MCP - President and Chief Technology Officer

Analytical, precise and attentive to detail, Mr. Rodis is known for his proficiency in all aspects of computer technology and information management. He has been recognized for his diverse background in strategic planning, mission critical 24x7 systems, implementations and networking, client server computing and supplier management.

Educationally, Mr. Rodis holds a Masters of Arts in Organizational Management and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. He has earned the Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) designation, and under his direction, Strategic Resource Consulting Group gained the Microsoft Certified Partner (MCP) status. He serves as a consultant to a number of educational, nonprofit, and professional organizations.

In addition to his leadership of Strategic Resource Consulting Group L.L.C., Mr. Rodis teaches undergraduate and graduate level technology courses for the Regis University.

Throughout her impressive career, Ms. Silver has been responsible for clarifying and crafting corporate messages and presenting them through strategic communication tools, executive presentations and as a spokesperson, and helping organizations to implement programs of purpose and impact. She presents clients with a broad background in organizational structure and refinement, public relations, crisis communications and marketing program design.

Ms. Silver has earned more than 120 writing, editing and program design awards and holds the prestigious ABC accreditation from the International Association of Business Communicators. From an academic perspective, she holds a Doctorate in in Leadership and holds a Masters in Management/Organizational Development, a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism/Mass Communication and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre.

In addition to her work for Strategic Resource Consulting Group L.L.C., Ms. Silver, has served as vice president of corporate communications for a well-known hotel/casino company. She was responsible for internal and external communications inclusive of media relations, community affairs and philanthropy, as well as activity evaluation and measurement.

An accomplished college instructor, Ms. Silver�s extensive background includes undergraduate and graduate level courses in marketing, organizational, interpersonal and business communications, as well as news and feature writing. Ms. Silver's professional development training expertise is in crisis communications, cultural development and program planning. Currently she is affiliated with the University of Phoenix/Nevada Campus where she has twice been honored as �Faculty Member of the Month� (for October 1999 and May 2000), and with the University of Nevada/Las Vegas as a course developer and instructor for the PRSA Public Relations Certification Program. Recently, she developed and will soon launch, the American Marketing Association Certificate with the Community College of Southern Nevada.
